Copyright

All photographs taken by FOJ Photography are protected by copyright laws. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or display any of our photographs without our written permission. This includes using our photographs for commercial purposes, such as advertising or marketing.

Payment

We require a non-refundable deposit to confirm your booking. Remaining full payment is required by the invoice deadline prior to the photoshoot. If your booking is at short notice, you will be invoiced for the full amount in a single invoice (i.e. not be asked for a deposit first). If you need to reschedule your photography session, please contact us as soon as possible. We will do our best to accommodate your request.

Cancellation

If you need to cancel your photography session, please contact us as soon as possible. Cancellations made within 48 hours of the scheduled session may be subject to a cancellation fee.

Liability

We are not liable for any damage or injury that may occur during a photography session. You are responsible for your own safety and the safety of any accompanying individuals. By using our services, you agree to release us from any liability or claims arising from your use of our services.

Model Release

By using our services, you agree to grant us permission to use your photographs for marketing and promotional purposes. This includes using your photographs on our website, social media, and other marketing materials. If you do not wish to have your photographs used for these purposes, please let us know in writing.

Our website may contain links to other websites of interest. However, we do not have any control over those websites. Therefore, we are not responsible for the content or availability of those websites.
